Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilization System

(Dry Fogging & Low Temperature Sterilization)

Low temperature sterilization is a sterilization process best used for heat-sensitive devices that may be damaged by the conditions of a steam sterilization cycle. Dry fogging process produces particle size in homogenous distribution,  no dead corner, no condensation, corrosion free during disinfection. Dry mist of Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) has droplet size of about 7.5 um, which disperse in the air and  on the surface to be decontaminated.

Vaporized hydrogen peroxide is registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a sterilant, which the EPA defines as "a substance that destroys or eliminates all forms of microbial life in the inanimate environment, including all forms of vegetative bacteria, bacterial spores, fungi, fungal spores, and viruses". It has been investigated by CDC as an airborne disinfectant and infection control measure for hospitals and has been shown to reduce incidence of nosocomial infections from a number of pathogens. Also it has been widely used to decontaminate enclosed and sealed areas such as laboratory workstations, isolation and pass-through rooms, and even aircraft interiors.

Through our Dry Mist Sterilization Systems which run the low temperature sterilization program automatically, it provides a complete set of effective, portable, environmental-friendly, and most importantly safe approach to sterilization of public and private premises, fighting against bacteria and viruses like the Coronavirus (aka SARS-CoV-2) and the resultant Covid-19 disease.
